Since this series were well accepted and lot of you asked me how i made it i've decided to give you small and brief tutorial of how those shots were done.

First of all, this are the things involved in making the scene:

1. Plastic scalpel

2. IKEA paper lamp

3. Scale model (1:32)

4. Shoebox

shoebox

I've split the top of the shoe box in half, on each half i made radnom "window" holes and positioned them on the back of the rest of the box. at 1 meter distance i put the ikea lamp. Since lamp light temperature is jellow i had to adjust WB manually at circa 2500 kelvins.

All shots were made with 50mm, aperture 1.8, shutter speed 1/60 or 1/80, and ISO was 100.

So, the story is demistified and magic is broken. :D If you have any more question regarding this set i'l be glad to answer. So just ask...

the spice must flow! ;)

A great idea, and one that I may try - Don't worry, credit will be given where it's due :)
